It is imperative that our coaches become certified. There are several organizations that you can choose from to complete a baseball coaching certification course. The links below will take you to information about the certification offered by Babe Ruth/Cal Ripken.
We encourage all of our coaches to upload a copy of your certification to your profile. This will stay on record with our league and you should not need to upload or show proof of certification each season.

New certification courses For 2023
More than 10 years ago, Babe Ruth League partnered with leading coaching education provider Human Kinetics Coach Education to develop and deliver online courses for Babe Ruth League. Since then, nearly 200,000 baseball and softball coaches have earned their certification through the courses. This education helps ensure Babe Ruth League and Cal Ripken Baseball coaches have the knowledge and tools they need to provide participants with the most positive sport experience possible.
